Peter Applin, Administrative Cataloging Manager and Co-Founder, had over 32 years of experience in the field of library science and cataloging. He worked as Head Cataloger at OCLC in the Contract Cataloging Services division. He was also former Head of Cataloging and Interlibrary Loan at Lone Star College. He received his MLIS from Louisiana State University, with a BA degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Louisiana University. He specialized in monographic, archival, legal and A/V materials; continuing resources; government documents; and technical reports. His experience included serving as the Supervisor for the cataloging of NetLibrary electronic resources. He has worked with academic, public, government and special libraries, as well as archival centers and museums.

Hunter Eck, Administrative Cataloging Manager and Co-Founder, has over 30 years of experience in the field of library science and cataloging. He worked at OCLC as a Cataloger and Cataloging Supervisor in the Contract Cataloging Services division. He is also former Catalog Management Librarian at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, former Original Cataloger with Baker & Taylor, former Reference Librarian with the Richland County Public Library and former Head of Cataloging and Periodicals at Columbus State University. He earned an MLIS from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Psychology from Georgia College & State University. He also attended the University of Illinois, where he majored in English. He specializes in monographic and A/V materials, sound recordings and electronic resources. Among other projects, he was the Head Cataloger for NetLibrary's outsourcing of electronic resources cataloging and has worked with academic, public and special libraries.
